The performance, prepared and interpreted by the students of the Directing and Performance Course led by Maestro Massimo Luconi, took place over the weekend from 3 to 5 June. The costumes were created by the students of the Historical and Stage Costume Tailoring Course at Fondazione Arte della Seta Lisio in Florence.

The New Textile Weaving Specialization School in Calascio

A new educational project has begun in the municipality of Calascio, created thanks to the “Rocca Calascio – Luce d’Abruzzo” project funded by the PNRR. The initiative has led to the creation of the ISTÓS School of Advanced Training dedicated to weaving and the processing of wool and plant fibres. From May 2025 through 2026, courses and workshops in the fields of textiles and traditional craftsmanship will be offered, promoting the knowledge, enhancement, and innovation of local textile practices.
